The Facility Manager is responsible for strategic planning, development, renovation, and operational management of all office facilities across KSA, GCC, Egypt, and Algeria.
Accountabilities:
This Role is responsible for strategic planning, development, renovation, and operational management of all office facilities across KSA, GCC, Egypt, and Algeria. Main responsibilities include:
- Strategic Facility Planning & Governance
- CapEx Projects – New Offices
- Renovation & Refurbishment of existing offices
- Facility Operations including maintenance, house keeping and security
- Vendor & Contract Management or facilities and services
- Prepare facility Management policy and SOPs
Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
- Bachelors in engineering, Facilities Management/MBA
Knowledge:
- Sound understanding of project execution requirements, facility operations management, contract management
Technical Skills:
- Good technical understanding on facility designing, project management , utilities, safety requirement of facility, project interfaces and financial acumen
Language Skills:
- English, Arabic(preferably)
Experience:
- 8–12 years’ experience in facilities and Capex projects, multi-country experience preferred
