Annual Strategy & Budgeting: Lead annual planning, providing clear market direction.
Brand Strategy Development: Tailor brand strategies aligned with corporate vision and export market needs.
Marketing Budget Management: Optimize ROI across diverse markets.
Salesforce Excellence: Oversee targeting, sizing, and structure for optimal performance.
Performance Metrics: Establish and track ROI, reporting monthly to top management.
Cross-functional Leadership: Inspire and coordinate teams to execute impactful campaigns.
Brand Communications: Ensure resonance with consumers and retailers while maintaining compliance.
Vendor Management: Manage external partners to deliver high-quality, timely outputs.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
At least 4 years as Group Product Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary, or Science.
Marketing Diploma or MBA (preferred).
Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
