Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing:
- Plan and execute the annual recruitment calendar, addressing personnel needs by collecting recruitment requirements.
- Conduct sourcing activities to identify qualified candidates.
- Draft job descriptions for new positions and ensure the updating of existing ones.
- Disseminate recruitment announcements (internal and external) across various channels.
- Select shortlisted profiles for interviews and conduct interviews.
- Manage the recruitment process, from selection to onboarding.
Training:
- Implement the annual training plan in response to identified needs, establishing pedagogical objectives.
- Develop the training plan, implement it, and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Explore partnerships with training institutions to support development objectives.
- Administer training activities, including planning, sending invitations, and collecting evaluations.
Performance Evaluation:
- Actively participate in the performance evaluation process by managing the distribution and collection of evaluation forms.
- Implement career management initiatives, including career planning.
Qualifications:
- A university degree, preferably in the humanities, social or management sciences
- At least 1:3 years' experience in a similar position
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to adapt quickly and a high level of confidentiality
- Ability to coordinate and work on a number of cross-functional projects
- Ability to observe, summarize and pass on information.
- Proficient in both written and spoken French and English.
