Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Sourcing:

    • Plan and execute the annual recruitment calendar, addressing personnel needs by collecting recruitment requirements.
    • Conduct sourcing activities to identify qualified candidates.
    • Draft job descriptions for new positions and ensure the updating of existing ones.
    • Disseminate recruitment announcements (internal and external) across various channels.
    • Select shortlisted profiles for interviews and conduct interviews.
    • Manage the recruitment process, from selection to onboarding.

Training:

    • Implement the annual training plan in response to identified needs, establishing pedagogical objectives.
    • Develop the training plan, implement it, and evaluate its effectiveness.
    • Explore partnerships with training institutions to support development objectives.
    • Administer training activities, including planning, sending invitations, and collecting evaluations.

Performance Evaluation:

    • Actively participate in the performance evaluation process by managing the distribution and collection of evaluation forms.
    • Implement career management initiatives, including career planning.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree, preferably in the humanities, social or management sciences
  • At least 1:3 years' experience in a similar position
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt quickly and a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to coordinate and work on a number of cross-functional projects
  • Ability to observe, summarize and pass on information.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken French and English.
