Role Summary:
Ensure the smooth operation of pharmaceutical production equipment by performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on time, minimizing downtime, and maintaining full compliance with GMP, safety, and company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pharmaceutical production equipment according to schedule.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems.
- Apply process improvement tools (e.g., Root Cause Analysis) to enhance efficiency and equipment reliability.
- Prepare maintenance reports and monitor spare parts and inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate documentation in CMMS and SAP while ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and other departments for smooth operations and continuous

Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience 4-5 years of maintenance experience in pharmaceutical (Pharma) or FMCG industries.
- Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues quickly.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Familiarity with CMMS/SAP systems is a plus.
- Commitment to GMP and HSE standards, teamwork, and flexibility to work shifts or extended hours
