Role Summary:
Manage integrated system of receiving, storage and issuance of materials and products to internal and external customers under rules and regulation defined in SFDA guideline.
Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement a Good Warehousing Practices through formal standard operating procedures synchronizes with production and external customer requirement.
- To manage warehouse workflow under country regulations and SFDA guidelines.
- Manage day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.
- Manage receiving and receipt recording of all materials and finished goods as per relevant SOP.
- Manage storage of all materials and finished goods considering safety of the products and as per required storage condition.
- Manage issuance of raw and packing materials as per required timeline by Production following compliance requirement.
- Manage dispatches of finished goods as per required timeline by customers following relevant regulation.
- Ensure periodical cycle count as per stated SOP and keep physical and system inventory accurate.
- Maintain compliance in Warehouse ensuring no major citation observe by internal and external auditors
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain , pharmacy or any relevant degree .
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the same field.
- Fluent in both English & Arabic.
- Candidate must have solid SAP experience
- Customer focus , planning and problem solving.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
