Role Summary:
To maximize sales and market share of assigned Jamjoom products in the designated area by conducting sales promotions in line with the Company strategy, rules and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily field calls to promote assigned products to healthcare professionals
- Deliver product detailing and key messages in line with marketing strategy
- Maintain regular visit frequency and ensure full coverage of target customers
- Build and sustain professional relationships with physicians, pharmacies, and clinics
- Handle basic objections and provide accurate product information
- Execute territory plans provided by the Sales Manager
- Monitor and report competitor activities within the territory
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems on a daily basis
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, and promotional standards
- Participate in cycle meetings and basic product training sessions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
- Experience minimum one year as medical representative
- SCHS (شهادة التصنيف المهني)
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including fluency in English language
- Results oriented with ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignments
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting towards meeting established objectives
