Role Summary:
To promote and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory, increase product awareness through scientific engagement, and achieve sales objectives while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
  • Promote assigned products through scientific detailing and product presentations.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Execute territory plans to maximize business opportunities and market coverage.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback, providing regular updates to management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of field activities using the company's CRM system.
  • Organize and participate in medical meetings, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned products, disease areas, and relevant market developments.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and industry ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, or a related Life Sciences field.
  • Previous experience as a Medical Representative within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in one or more therapeutic areas such as Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Dermatology, CNS, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Gastroenterology, or other specialty areas is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
  • Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
