Support the OD Team for collecting, analysing, and cleansing techniques for HR data to drive data-informed decision-making. Assist in creating HR Business dashboards, reports, and insights that contribute to workforce planning & talent management
Accountabilities:
- Assist in gathering and cleansing HR data from various sources.
- Support the development of dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI or Excel.
- Conduct basic statistical analysis to identify HR patterns.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Maintain documentation of data processes and reports.
- Assist in job analysis, job description & drafting job profiles
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with internal policies.
Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, MIS, IT or a related field (or currently pursuing).
Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of Business Administration preferable in HR functions and metrics.
- Familiarity with data analysis concepts.
Technical Skills:
- Basic Excel user
- familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is an advantage.
Language Skills:
- Fluent in English & Arabic.
Experience:
- Internship or academic project experience in data analysis or HR statics is preferred.
