Role Summary
The Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Manager for Egypt is responsible for enhancing commercial performance, optimizing field force productivity, and ensuring effective deployment of sales systems and analytics. This role focuses on analyzing performance data, supporting CRM operations, designing insights-driven solutions, and integrating new SFE tools that strengthen business decision-making and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze company and market performance, providing strategic insights to support senior management decisions.
- Implement, maintain, and continuously enhance SFE systems, especially OCE CRM and performance reporting tools.
- Train field force teams on CRM usage; review technical issues and coordinate resolution with technical support teams.
- Lead and manage the full target-setting and target-splitting process for the Egypt field force.
- Build and maintain analytics dashboards, reporting tools, and data models to provide meaningful business insights.
- Establish and lead SFE forums to ensure alignment with all key stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Compliance.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and commercial teams to ensure consistent execution of brand and sales strategies.
- Analyze monthly/quarterly sales data, segmentation, customer performance, and field activity metrics.
- Conduct customer analytics to identify profiles, preferences, and insights relevant to channel and brand strategies.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute KPI reports, dashboards, and executive performance summaries.
- Track execution of field force plans and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Monitor business indicators and recommend corrective or improvement actions when needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or any relevant degree.
- MBA or postgraduate studies in Business/Management are an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness or Commercial Excellence.
- Hands-on experience with OCE CRM or Veeva is essential.
- Experience within multinational or leading pharmaceutical companies is preferred.
