We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Team Member to join our dynamic sales team.
The Sales Team Member will be primarily responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Job description
- Create sales orders with Chains and Class A pharmacies.
- Create sales orders with small Stores to pull the stocks from big wholesalers and big distributors.
- Find New opportunities by discovering big new pharmacies and new territories
- Visting and building strong relations with branches managers for the distributers in his territories.
- Supporting new launches by seeding the new items in all the pharmacies in his territory.
- Presenting our items in terms of usage and product information for the pharmacies (by samples as well)
- Cooperate with our marketing team to organize promotional events for big chains in his territories.
- Cooperation with our sales team (General and Optha Teams)
- Market feedback especially about our competitors
- Ensure the delivery process for our customers in his territory
- Presenting his sales achievements
Job Requirements
Preferably 5+ years of pharmaceutical or relevant sales experience in the specified territory
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Strong sales acumen and proven customer service skills
Proficient in basic PC applications (e.g., Excel, Word, email)
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Owns a personal vehicle for travel within the region
English proficiency at a medium level
Age limit: 35 years or younger
