Sales Representative

Job Brief

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Team Member to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying opportunities, and ensuring a seamless sales process across the assigned territory.

Job Description

• Create sales orders with Chains and Class A pharmacies

• Generate sales orders with small stores, pulling stock from wholesalers and distributors

• Identify and pursue new opportunities by discovering large pharmacies and expanding into new territories

• Visit and build strong relationships with branch managers of distributors within the territory

• Support new product launches by seeding items across pharmacies in the region

• Present product information and usage guidance to pharmacies, including sample distribution

• Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events for major chains

• Cooperate with the general sales team and ophthalmology sales team

• Provide market feedback, especially regarding competitors

• Ensure smooth delivery processes for customers in the territory

• Present and report on sales achievements

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Strong background in sales.

• Proficiency in basic PC applications (Excel, Word, email)

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, with two days off per week

• Must own a personal car 

• English proficiency at a medium level

• Age limit: 35 years or younger
