We are now seeking a Senior Executive – Sterile Production to lead excellence in sterile manufacturing operations.
Role Summary
- The Senior Executive – Sterile Production is responsible for leading and supervising sterile manufacturing operations, ensuring strict compliance with cGMP standards, safety protocols, and company policies. This role oversees production planning, workforce management, and machine utilization to achieve business targets while maintaining product quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- supervise sterile production operations with strict adherence to cGMP and safety standards.
- Align with Quality and Engineering teams on validation and qualification activities.
- Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Write and update SOPs, report deviations, and conduct risk assessments.
- Align with Engineering for preventive maintenance, machine utilization, and workforce productivity.
- Provide training, guidance, and leadership to ensure team efficiency and compliance.
- Foster collaboration across departments to achieve seamless production and delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (mandatory).
- 3–7 years of experience in sterile manufacturing processes.
- Strong expertise in aseptic techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, SOPs, validation, and sterile documentation.
- Proven expertise in sterile manufacturing processes (Injectables, Ampoules, Vials, IV Fluids, eyedrops).
- Flexible, resilient, and capable of handling pressure.
