We are seeking a Dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping decisions, influencing growth, and driving performance through insight, analysis, and collaboration.

Lead the preparation of annual budgets for assigned business units.
Coordinate the rolling forecast process with commercial teams.
Analyze forecast variances and recommend corrective actions.
Support long-range strategic planning exercises.
Partner with General Managers to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Provide financial guidance on commercial initiatives, pricing strategies, and investment decisions.
Challenge business assumptions and identify opportunities to improve profitability and resource allocation.
Translate financial information into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, gross margin, contribution margin, and operating expenses.
Develop and maintain commercial performance dashboards and KPIs.
Conduct variance analysis versus Budget, Forecast, Prior Year, and Strategic Plan.
Highlight risks and opportunities affecting financial performance.
Prepare monthly Finance business review presentations.
Present financial performance, key trends, and recommendations to leadership teams.
Ensure consistency and accuracy of management reporting.
Simplify complex analyses into clear, actionable messages.
Enhance financial models, reporting tools, and planning processes.
Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Finance teams to align business objectives.
Support initiatives aimed at improving working capital efficiency.
Drive a culture of accountability through fact-based decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Professional qualification such as CMA preferred.
5–7 years of relevant experience.
Background in Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Healthcare is an advantage.
