Role Summary:
To maximize sales and market share of assigned Jamjoom products in the designated area by conducting sales promotions in line with the Company strategy, rules and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a strategic territory business plan to maximize sales and market share
- Conduct advanced product presentations and scientific discussions with HCPs, including specialists
- Apply advanced selling, negotiation, and objection-handling techniques with key accounts
- Identify high-potential customers and manage key account relationships effectively
- Analyze market data, prescription trends, and competitor insights to drive strategic decisions
- Lead initiatives within the territory to improve brand visibility and performance
- Mentor, support, and guide new or junior medical representatives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Sales Management
- Utilize omnichannel tools, CRM analytics, and digital engagement strategies to optimize customer reach
- Support the execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and events
- Prepare and present performance reports, territory updates, and business insights
- Ensure full compliance with all promotional standards, regulatory policies, and ethical guidelines
- Proactively identify challenges and propose solutions to achieve territory growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
- A minimum of three to five years’ experience in a Medical Representative role
- SCHS (شهادة التصنيف المهني)
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including fluency in English language
- Results oriented with ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignments
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting towards meeting established objectives
