We are seeking a Sterile Production Manager to lead excellence in sterile manufacturing operations and drive performance across our production lines.
As Head of Sterile Production, you will oversee sterile manufacturing operations, ensuring flawless execution from filling to packaging. You will lead a high-performing team, enforce GMP compliance, and guarantee the delivery of world-class products with precision and efficiency.
Supervise sterile filling and packaging operations end-to-end, ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and GMP standards.
Oversee line clearance, in-process checks, and product reconciliation.
Review, maintain, and approve sterile production documentation.
Uphold discipline, punctuality, and quality standards across the team.
Coordinate materials management, including unused returns and additional requirements.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to foster accountability and performance.
Communicate effectively, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure full compliance with company policies and sterile manufacturing SOPs.
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (mandatory).
14+ years of experience in sterile pharmaceutical production, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Master’s degree IS MUST
Proven expertise in sterile manufacturing processes (Injectables, Ampoules, Vials, IV Fluids).
Strong leadership and supervisory background.
In-depth knowledge of GMP, SOPs, validation, and sterile documentation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Flexible, resilient, and capable of thriving under pressure.
Must not be assigned to governmental pharmacist duty.
