We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with to join our Human Resources team. This role will support the end-to-end recruitment cycle and provide data-driven insights to optimize hiring strategies. Ideal for individuals interested in HR analytics and strategic recruitment.


Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Candidates:

    • Utilize various channels to identify and attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.

Screening and Interviewing:

    • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, providing necessary information to both parties.

Candidate Experience:

    • Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication and feedback.
    • Guide candidates through the hiring process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and candidate feedback.

Job Posting and Advertising:

    • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring alignment with company branding.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of job postings and adjust strategies as needed.


Data Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in sourcing techniques and recruitment, best practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Pharma is a plus.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
