Jamjoom Pharma is offering a Tamheer training opportunity for a Pharmacovigilance (PV) Trainee to gain practical, hands-on exposure to day-to-day pharmacovigilance activities under the supervision and guidance of the Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) processing, including data entry, coding, and narrative preparation.
- Assist with case follow-up and collection of missing safety information.
- Support the assessment of seriousness, expectedness, and causality under appropriate supervision.
- Assist with safety case processing and reporting in accordance with applicable regulatory timelines.
- Maintain PV records, safety databases, and related documentation.
- Support literature screening and identification of relevant safety information.
- Assist with safety data review and signal detection activities.
- Support the preparation of PSURs/PBRERs, RMPs, and other PV documentation.
- Participate in PV compliance activities, including SOPs, CAPAs, deviations, audits, and inspections.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Medical Affairs on relevant PV activities.
- Participate in PV training and other departmental activities as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or PharmD.
- Fresh graduate with a strong interest in Pharmacovigilance and Drug Safety.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Good command of English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work with scientific and medical information.
- Willingness to learn and maintain confidentiality.
- Must meet Tamheer eligibility requirements.
