- Key Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of Saudi Reimbursement Process and Healthcare system in the governmental sector.
- Leading Enlisting process to ensure patient access to Jamjoom Portfolio.
- Develop partnership with clinical pharmacist, health-economics, pharmacy community and committee members at Saudi.
- Create and ensure implementation of value-added programs to maximize formulary enlisting for New-Launches.
- Develop, implement, and manage innovative solutions & partnerships with health-providers, authorities, key stakeholders, health-economics and committee members.
- Tailoring payer value story and ensuring communication of value proposition to all stakeholders.
- Recognize the unmet needs and gaps in the market and ensure customer value creation.
- Identify accounts’ pain points and capitalize on the strategic leverage points to accelerate the enlisting process for New-Launches in alignment with KAM and commercial team.
- Managing challenges and exploring opportunities in the governmental sector.
- Competitive Intelligence and identifying the proper actions for implementation to create value versus competitors.
- Conduct customized solutions for strategic portfolio and new launches to achieve overall company objectives and ensure the implementation of a plan with the cross-functional team for accelerating and maximizing market access.
- Distinguish access opportunities for Pre, New-Launches and strategic products as part of life cycle management.
- Ensure that the cross-functional team is fully equipped with new regulations and dynamics in the market.
- Make sure of the alignment, integration, and collaboration for cross-functional team to confirm the implementation of the unified message to accelerate enlisting process in aligning with leadership team’s strategies and objectives.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Pharmacist, 4 years’ experience in the Governmental sector with Proven sustainable records of achievement.
- for enlisting and networking with committee members and partnership with health-authorities,
